Fees for Accredited Modules
Module fee information along with start dates is found on the right hand column of the page that describes the module.
UK and EU Students: The first fee is the standard fee (for UK and EU students).
International Students: The second fee is for international students beyond the EU. International students pay a higher rate because their study is not subsidised by the UK government and so the full cost must be covered by the student. Please see our International Students page for further information.
Students Receiving Course Materials By Post
Postal delivery of course materials is available only to students who have received their units in this way before. There is an additional charge of £25 per module (£50 for international students) for this service.
Payment
Full payment for a module is due upon registration. Payment needs to be enclosed with your registration, in the form of either a cheque, made payable to ‘ University of Exeter’, or credit card details (Mastercard or Visa only). Please do not send credit card details by email. Please note that all fees must be paid in pounds sterling (£) and not in any other currency.
Refunds
Unfortunately if you find that you are unable to complete your course, we are unable to offer refunds after a module has started. The University's policy on refunds of fees can be found in the Calendar. Please see Section 11 - 2 - (iii) at http://www.admin.ex.ac.uk/calendar/live/finance/.
Additional Costs
Students may be required to purchase study materials, for example, textbooks, and your course may involve visits to museums or fieldwork. Please contact the relevant Programme Leader for further information about possible additional costs.
Financial help
Some financial help may be available if you are on a low income. Please contact the Student Advice Unit or the Student Funding Team for guidance.
