About me:

I am an Associate Professor for Practice Learning at Kingston & St George's University, London. I am a qualified nurse educator responsible for facilitating a positive learning experience for student nurses and mentors in clinical practice. My research interests are professional socialisation in nursing, political changes in nurse education, and designing nurse education to ensure future education programmes produce competent, compassionate professionals to meet highly complex health environments.


Research Project:

My thesis intends to explore the factors that contribute to young students ability to recognise and report incivility towards patients.
