Wuwei (Vivian) Ye (She/Her)

Wuwei (Vivian) Ye is a PhD candidate at the School of Education (SoE). Her research interests broadly lie in the intersection of sociolinguistics and education, particularly multilingualism, interculturality, identity, and internationalisation of higher education.  Her doctoral research investigates the multilingual identity development of Chinese international students studying abroad in the UK through longitudinal narrative inquiry.  Vivian is also a Postgraduate Teaching Associate (PTA) in the School of Education (SoE) and Language, Culture and Visual Studies (LCVS). Apart from her research and teaching, Vivian works as a PGR Officer in Exeter Student Guild. She endeavours to create an inclusive research environment and improve PGR experiences across the university.
